1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Asi Industrial Services, LLC (hereinafter referred to as "Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Asi Industrial Services, LLC provides professional furnace installation, repair, maintenance, and related heating services throughout Houston, Texas and surrounding areas. Our services include:

  • Residential and commercial furnace installation
  • Furnace repair and troubleshooting
  • Preventive maintenance programs
  • Emergency heating services
  • System inspections and diagnostics

3. Service Agreements and Scheduling

Appointment Scheduling: All service appointments must be scheduled in advance. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested timeframes, but cannot ensure specific appointment times.

Cancellation Policy: Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a service call fee.

Emergency Services: Emergency furnace services are available outside standard business hours for an additional fee.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

Service Rates: All service rates, labor charges, and material costs will be clearly communicated before work begins. Written estimates are provided for major installations and repairs exceeding $500.

Payment Methods: We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

Additional Charges: Customers may be charged for:

  • Service calls outside normal business hours
  • Emergency or weekend service requests
  • Additional parts or labor not included in original estimate
  • Access difficulties or site conditions not disclosed during scheduling

5. Workmanship and Materials

Quality Standards: All work will be performed in accordance with industry standards and local building codes. Our technicians are trained and qualified in furnace installation and repair procedures.

Materials and Parts: We use new, factory-approved parts and materials. All parts come with manufacturer coverage, and we provide workmanship coverage on our installation services.

Service Information: Specific service terms are provided with each service agreement. Labor coverage is typically provided for 90 days from service completion.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Access and Preparation: Customers are responsible for providing safe access to service areas and ensuring that work areas are clear of obstacles and personal belongings.

System Information: Customers must provide accurate information about their heating systems, including age, model, and any known issues or modifications.

Code Compliance: Customers are responsible for obtaining any required authorizations. We will inform customers when authorizations are necessary and can assist with authorization applications.

7. Liability and Insurance

Insurance Coverage: Asi Industrial Services, LLC maintains general liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance as required by Texas law.

Limitation of Liability: Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

Property Protection: We take reasonable care to protect customer property during service. Customers should remove or protect valuable items from the work area.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and use customer information solely for the purpose of providing heating services. Information is not sold or shared with third parties except as necessary to complete services or comply with legal requirements.

9. Limitation of Warranty

We provide limited warranties on our workmanship and the parts we install. Warranties do not cover:

  • Damage resulting from normal wear and tear
  • Issues caused by customer misuse or neglect
  • Problems resulting from improper maintenance
  • Damage from power outages, storms, or other external factors

10. Dispute Resolution

Communication: We encourage customers to contact us directly to discuss any concerns or disputes. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication.

Mediation: If direct communication does not resolve a dispute, both parties agree to participate in good faith mediation before pursuing legal action.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of any material changes to these terms via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
